Create two targets with the same SYBR DYE; Name your GENE (red) and REFERENCE gene (Green: GAPDH or Beta Actin)
Use 2 (two) separate reaction tubes with the same sample name for each samples ;
- Sample 1: Your TARGET GENE (Your target gene primers must be use in this reaction tube)
- Sample 1 : Your reference gene GAPDH (Reference gene primers must be used in this reaction tube)
Select your control sample and reference target (You can change them after the run completed if it need)
