This is an expected Real Time PCR results because;
(FAM: Specific regions for Covid-19 virus, HEX: Internal Control, RP gene for extraction)
- Positive control (PC) is amplified normally (This proves that PCR is done, instrument and kit is working properly)
- Negative Control (NC) has no amplification, so it proves that there is no contamination in your master mixes.
- Amplification curves are sigmoidal as expected (Some positive samples may give a Ct but it may not be a sigmoidal curve)
- All tubes has internal control (RP, IC, IPC) amplification curves (green), that proves that sampling is done correctly.
