You can download and install the newest Optimal Software versions from this page, also you can download and use mostly used protocols in txc format to be able to open and use it with Optimal, please note that the files ending with 48 are compatible with Q1000 series (48 Well) and ending with 96 are compatible with Q2000 series (96 Well).
