How to set ip address of computer to use Optimal Software?

To be able to use optimal control and analysis software, ip settings of the computer has to be done (no need to change ip of the instrument), please close the Wi/Fi (or all other internet connections) before starting this process, please note that Wi-Fi must be turned off while the device is running as well;
